Arizona does not charge a real estate transfer tax.
Arizona voters banned real estate transfer taxes in 2008. The only charge is a flat $2 affidavit fee at the county recorder.
The $2 fee is the entire transfer charge.

Arizona Constitution Art. 9 § 24 “shall not impose any new tax, fee, stamp requirement or other assessment, direct or indirect, on the act or privilege of selling, purchasing, granting, assigning, transferring, receiving, or otherwise conveying any interest in real property.”
A.R.S. 11-1132 “the county recorder shall collect a fee of two dollars for the deed or contract.”
